Until now, all my folding knives all relied on the spring in a slip-joint mechanism to hold the blade in an open and shut position; I like the continually dynamic feel of the spring working against the blade.
In summer 2009, I was challenged to make one of my little ‘Cargo’ folders into a liner locking knife without sacrificing the sensation of the slip joint mechanism.
