Silver lotus scissors – as jewellery!
Sterling Silver with full Sheffield Hallmarks
9ct Gold accents.

Blade length – 14mm (0.5”)
The initial scissors in this collection were the first tentative steps into doing a small batch run of silver scissors that were suitable for jewellery. I had carved the originals out of steel but changes had to be made to reflect the difference characteristics of both the material and the manufacturing technique. Following on from the development of the prototypes, I am delighted to be able to offer these pieces on an ongoing basis, professionally cast from my perfect hand-finished master.
They have gold highlights on the shanks and a gold pivot pin. Ideally, the gold jump-rings should be soldered shut if you decide that you wish them to remain permanently.
